Terms of Service
By reserving an appointment through kapsalonelwatan.nl, you agree to the following terms.
1. Appointments & Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment at El Watan. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your slot may be rescheduled or cancelled to protect the next client's time.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Pending email requests must be confirmed within 10 minutes. Confirmed appointments may be rescheduled up to 10 minutes before start time and cancelled free of penalty up to 20 minutes before start time.
Accounts that fail to attend without timely cancellation forfeit instant-booking privileges and must verify a phone number for future bookings.
4. In-Store Payments
Online booking requires zero upfront payment. All payments are completed directly in the salon after your treatment.
5. Salon Conduct
The salon maintains a respectful and hygienic environment and reserves the right to refuse service in case of inappropriate conduct.
6. Platform Ownership & Liability Separation
The website kapsalonelwatan.nl and booking software are the intellectual property of Wixxam Technologies (KVK: 42184184). All physical hair and grooming treatments at Adelaarsweg 67 are performed independently by the salon operator, who bears sole responsibility for all in-store services.
7. Partner Network & Governing Law
Promotional partner banners are operated by Wixxam Technologies. These Terms are governed by Dutch law (Nederlands recht), with jurisdiction in the competent court of Amsterdam (Rechtbank Amsterdam).
