- Appointment Data: Selected services, appointment dates/times, and attendance status.
- Technical & Security Data: Browser push notification tokens (only if enabled by you), functional session tokens, and anti-spam rate-limiting metadata.
2. Cookieless Architecture
We do not use invasive third-party tracking cookies or behavioral profiling. Functional cookies are used strictly to remember your language preference and verify returning devices.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your personal data is processed strictly to schedule appointments (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), send confirmations/reminders, and protect schedule integrity against no-shows (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Platform Governance, Retention & Security
The kapsalonelwatan.nl digital platform is technically administered by Wixxam Technologies (Amsterdam, The Netherlands • KVK: 42184184 • BTW: NL005564021837). Physical salon services at Adelaarsweg 67 are performed independently by the local salon operator. Booking records are automatically purged after 12 months, and inquiry forms after 6 months.
